Payment by an approved method must be received before any animals will be shipped. Shipment may be delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions. A deposit of 20% may be made to reserve a particular variety. If the reserved selection is not available, the deposit may be either refunded or applied to a different selection.The deposit may be credited toward the purchase of any animals during the selling season.

At MoReptiles, we offer a great money back or replacement guarantee. If your snake(s) die within 30 days of shipment, as long as the purchaser meets the terms and conditions of the sale, the money will be refunded or the snake will be replaced. Snakes will only be offered for sale that are healthy, free of disease, have voluntarily eaten at least 2 meals of mice, and have shed. Our goal is to keep our customers happy, so we will do all that we can to accomplish that. Due to the stress of shipment and new housing, we cannot guarantee that the snakes will voluntarily eat as soon as they arrive. We recommended that the new owner wait at least three days after arrival before feeding. The 30 day guarantee will not be honored if the purchaser has not contacted us concerning problems or has not followed basic care rules listed in our care sheets when snake dies.
